Rainbow Appearing in the Sky After Empowerment

This is a video taken by, i assume somebody who went for the empowerment (i don't know what empowerment) given by the 17th Karmapa who recently visited America. As described in the video, Karmapa asked those present to go out onto the roof of the shrine building, shortly after he ascended, the rainbow appeared. What a great blessing!
